MannSkill Academy seeks practical relationships with approved training providers, schools and education organizations. The focus is clear applicant information and locally coordinated teaching experience for mathematics, English, primary and other subjects where a provider offers them.

APPROVED PROVIDERS

Own the programme.

Set admission criteria, course design, subject and phase availability, assessment, school and mentor standards, fees, safeguarding and quality assurance. Decide which countries and schools are suitable and whether any local support may be used.

LOCAL SCHOOLS

Host teaching practice.

Confirm school identity, leadership approval, pupil age range, subject timetable, mentor capacity and the teaching experience available. Cooperate with observations and records under the provider’s rules.

MANNSKILL ACADEMY

Coordinate agreed local work.

Explain published routes, help identify interested schools, arrange introductions and support school liaison or evidence collection only where a provider explicitly authorizes the scope and method.

REGULATORS & AUTHORITIES

Make official decisions.

Education regulators, licensing agencies and immigration authorities retain all recognition, certification, work authorization and visa decisions. No local partner can override their requirements.

PROPOSED PAN-AFRICAN STANDARD

Commission checks you can audit.

MannSkill proposes country-specific, source-traceable verification for identity and name history, qualifications, professional standing, school employment and references, criminal-record evidence and placement schools. Coverage would expand only when a country annex identifies reliable sources, lawful access, languages and secure handling arrangements.

PROVIDER CONTROL

Set the instructions.

Specify the route, check matrix, evidence thresholds, safeguarding escalation, data roles, report format and audit rights. Retain all admissions, equivalence, suitability, placement and award decisions. School checks and written confirmations remain part of the provider’s safeguarding record.

Trace every result.

Use independent issuer contacts, trained local verifiers, documented methods and a second review. Report Confirmed, Discrepancy, Unable to verify, Pending or Not applicable for each check. Record source, date, limitations and applicant correction. A report is evidence, never a clearance or approval.

SCHOOL & EVIDENCE QUALITY

Agree how checks will work.

For an English iQTS or assessment only arrangement, the approved provider must decide whether a school and its evidence meet the relevant standards. MannSkill’s local role would be limited to the agreed process, with consent and appropriate handling of personal information.

  1. School identity: independently confirm location, operation and authorized leadership.
  2. Mentors and referees: confirm roles and a reliable contact method, including where public email accounts are used.
  3. Teaching records: agree how dates, subjects, age groups, observations and supervised practice are recorded.
  4. Safeguarding and privacy: define school checks, consent, access, retention and incident escalation before collecting records.
